PwC Luxembourg welcomes Mathieu Feldmann as a new tax partner
PwC Luxembourg is delighted to announce that Mathieu Feldmann, 47 years old, has joined PwC Luxembourg as a new partner, effective from 8 January 2024.
Mathieu has 18 years of experience advising local and multinational companies in restructuring, liquidations and general corporate law matters. He will join our Entity Governance & Compliance (EGC) department to assist clients on governance and company secretary matters.
Mathieu started his career at PwC Luxembourg as an associate in 2001. He first advised clients of the financial sector for tax before joining the Corporate Structuring Department. He then joined PwC Legal in 2018, where he focused on complex domestic and international corporate restructurings (i.e., inbound and cross-border mergers, re-domiciliation of companies, liquidation), corporate simplification and general corporate law. He has successfully handled numerous voluntary liquidation proceedings across various industries and jurisdictions.
Vincent Lebrun, Tax Leader at PwC Luxembourg, says: "Mathieu's return to PwC Luxembourg is a testament to our firm's culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration. We are confident that he will bring tremendous value to our clients and our team, as we continue to grow and expand our managed services in the market. Please join us in welcoming Matthieu to EGC and wishing him all the best in his new role."
