Change in the Executive Committee of ING Luxembourg
On 1 January 2015, Koen Hermans, General Manager Ops & IT and Member of the Executive Committee, will leave ING Luxembourg to join ING Belgium
I would like to thank Koen for his contribution to the development of ING Luxembourg and I wish him a lot of success in his function within ING Belgium

Koen arrived in Luxembourg in January 2011 as General Manager Ops & IT and Member of the Executive Committee of ING Luxembourg. During these 4 years, he and his teams have managed key projects for the Bank like Orange Bricks (building of the new head office at Place de la Gare in Luxembourg City) or the launch of ING Mobile.
His track record is impressive, with more than 30 years at ING, including more than 10 years on international and / or cross border assignments (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
Koen Hermans has been appointed as Head of Commercial Banking Client Service Delivery, a newly created department within ING Belgium.
In his new role, he will report hierarchically to Frank Stockx, Head of Products & Operations, and functionally to Robert Heisterborg, Head of Commercial Banking Client Service Delivery for the Europe Region.
The name of his successor will be announced at a later stage.
