"Best Workplace Luxembourg 2018" awarded to Arval Luxembourg for the second year running
Arval Luxembourg confirmed its certification "Best Workplace Luxembourg 2018" by the “Great Place to Work” institute in recognition of the high-quality working conditions it offers its employees.
This seal of approval is based not only on an audit report covering HR practices and company culture, but also, and especially, on an anonymous questionnaire completed by employees on subjects as varied as pride, respect, friendliness, credibility and fairness.
According to the “Great Place to Work” institute, a company that is good to work for is "a place where you can trust your managers, you are proud of your work and you like your colleagues" (according to Robert Levering, co-founder of “Great Place to Work”). 96% of Arval Luxembourg's employees responded positively to the statement "I am proud to tell other people that I work for this company".
This award, which is testimony to the wellbeing of Arval's employees, is the result of the excellent dialogue between management and employees.
Commenting on achieving this recognition, Gerry Wagner, General Manager of Arval Luxembourg, said: "Winning "Best Workplace Luxembourg 2018" again is a wonderful way to recognise everything we do to offer a working environment in which all our employees can thrive, both personally and professionally. We are convinced that our employees are the driving force behind our company and that their wellbeing reflects on that of our customers and on the quality of the service we owe them."
In 2018, as a major player in the operational leasing market in Luxembourg, Arval Luxembourg will continue to work hard on recruitment, integration and the quality of its working conditions in order to remain a "Great Place to Work".
